HANDBOOK


1. 4CW is a fictional wrestling role-playing game. We are not affiliated with any real wrestling companies. We do not take credit for any photography used for graphic purposes.

2. If there is a problem with a member of the roster or staff, DO NOT make a scene on the forum about it. Any and all problems need to be resolved in private. If the opposing parties cannot resolve the problem then staff will be forced to step in until a resolution can be made.

3. Racism will not be tolerated.

4. Spam, advertising, and poaching will not be tolerated.

5. Post accordingly in whichever section of the forum you are in.

6. Contact a member of staff for affiliation inquiries.


1. All applicants must fill out an application in full with all of the information using our template.

2. Tag Team applicants must fill out an application for each character as well as the Tag Team application.

3. Stable applicants must fill out an application for each character as well as the Stable application.

4. You may only handle one singles character per show. You may handle two characters on the same show if they are a complete tag team, or one singles and one half of a tag team. If handling both characters of a tag team, those characters will be booked in tag team competition for the majority. If they are booked in singles competition, only one character will be booked per show.

5. Only created original characters will be accepted. Copies will not be accepted.

6. Only realistic characters and movesets will be accepted.

7. Only pictures of real people will be accepted as picbases.

8. Review the taken lists on the forum for picbases and music before submitting an application.

9. There is a character cap in place for both shows.

10. All new talents will first be booked in Pre-Show matches. This is to make sure that they will role-play before being placed in main card matches with full written results.


1. All role-plays are required to be posted onto the forum. You can add a link to a layout version if wanted, but a hard copy on the forum is required. This is to prevent going back and editing after the original is posted.

2. Once a role-play is posted, you have 15 minutes to make any edits. Please proof read your writing before posting.

3. If you are caught stealing role-plays you will be released from 4CW immediately.

4. Recycled role-plays are not allowed. All writing must be fresh material written only for 4CW. If you are caught recycling role-plays you will be released from 4CW immediately.

5. No using other handlers characters in your role-plays unless you have their permission to do so. This also goes for secondary characters that may not even be used in matches. Same goes for members of the staff, even if they’re only used in results.

6. In ring role-plays will not be accepted towards matches. If you want to do one, PM it to a member of staff to be used as a segment on the show. For match role-plays, they must take place outside of a 4CW ring. Create a story or background for your character.

7. Although role-plays are seen by your opponent, there is no censorship on what you write. All role-plays are steaming online via 4CW’s website.

8. Role-play deadlines are specified on the cards with countdown timers on the front page of the website.

  • ADRENALINE

  • Role-play limit for each standard singles match is 2 per character at 3,000 words per role-play.
  • Role-play limit for each Fate Rules match is 1 per character at 3,000 words.
  • Role-play limit for each tag match is 2 per team at 3,000 words per role-play.
  • The separate deadlines are called “Hard Count” and “Soft Count”. The “Soft Count” refers to when the first role-play for a singles match must be posted by if doing two. The “Hard Count” refers to the final deadline for all role-plays to be posted.
  • There can only be one role-play posted within the last 24 hours of deadline for tag teams.
  • The maximum allowed overage per role-play is 500 words.
  • OCTANE

  • Role-play limit for each standard singles match is 1 per character at 1,500 words.
  • Role-play limit for each tag match is 2 per team at 1,500 words per role-play.
  • There can only be one role-play posted within the last 24 hours of deadline for tag teams.
  • The maximum allowed overage per role-play is 250 words.


1. Each event is held every two weeks.

2. Pay-Per-Views are held bi-monthly.

3. If you’re unable to role-play for an event and are booked, please let a member of staff know, preferably before the opponent has role-played. If your opponent hasn’t role-played, you could possibly be removed from the card.

4. All segments for events must be accepted no later than the events required deadline of 6:00 PM EST, the day of the event.

5. Results will be written out in full detail. Main events, headline and title matches will be written to a larger extent. Pre-Show matches will be summarized.

6. New cards will be posted the day after each event.

7. The event cards will be broken up into four categories – Pre-Show, Undercard, Headline, and Main Event.


1. Championships are earned, not given. The outcome of championship matches will depend solely on role-plays.

2. A championship must be defended in order to continue holding it. If a title cannot be defended accordingly to its outlines, it will be stripped from the holder.

3. You may only hold one singles championship per show at a time. If holding a championship while winning another championship match, the lower tier belt would be vacated. You can hold a singles championship and half of the tag team championships at the same time.

  • The 4CW Championship (Adrenaline First Tier) must be defended at every Adrenaline Pay-Per-View and can be defended in the weeks between.
  • The Pride Championship (Adrenaline Second Tier) must be defended at every Adrenaline Pay-Per-View and can be defended in the weeks between.
  • The Fate Championship (Adrenaline Third Tier) must be defended at least once every Adrenaline Pay-Per-View cycle.
  • The Extreme Championship (Adrenaline Stand Alone Tier) must be defended at every Adrenaline Pay-Per-View and can be defended in the weeks between.
  • The Octane Championship (Octane First Tier) must be defended at every Octane Par-Per-View and can be defended in the weeks between.
  • The Tag Team Championships (Cross Brand Stand Alone Tier) must be defended when there is a challenger. These championships are available to any show, Adrenaline or Octane, and will fall under Octane role-play guidelines.


1. Signing a contract and then no showing back to back multiple times (2) before showing any effort that you are active will result in the termination of your character from 4CW.

2. When you fail to role-play for your match, you will be placed on probation. If you fail to role-play while on probation you will be terminated. You will remain on probation for two consecutive shows.

3. By committing to 4CW and then no showing, you give us all rights to do whatever we please with your character until they are officially terminated.


1. PM all segments for shows to a member of staff.

2. PM strategies for shows to a member of staff and the writer of your match.

3. PM angles and ideas for shows and storylines to a member of staff.

4. If you decide to leave 4CW while holding a championship, your character will be used until the championship is removed from them. You can however work with staff to create a storyline around it. How your character and angle is used will depend on how you part with 4CW.

5. The championships in 4CW are fake, they are not real. If you try to leave with (steal) a championship to go to another place it will not be recognized in anything that 4CW does moving forward. However, you will leave your character open to whatever we please to do with them until they are officially terminated.
