July 11th, 2018: At Adrenaline E87, the XTV division finally came to an end as a new era was ushered in with the championship, taking on a more traditional based rule setup. Due to the lack of depth in hardcore based wrestlers throughout the company, the 4CW North American Championship was introduced, still carrying the history of the championship versions prior to its introduction.

June 27th, 2018: Returning for the third year in a row, the Extreme Roulette featuring the XTV Championship, kicked things off at Ante Up. Opening the show, Kimitsu Zombie defeated the defending champion, Eric Donavan, in an officially sanctioned match.

Lyra LeVeux-Donavan pinned Kimitsu Zombie immediately following Kimitsu’s victory.

Giving her a taste of her own medicine, Kimitsu Zombie quickly pinned Lyra LeVeux-Donavan to reclaim the championship before the Extreme Roulette even left the ring.

Later in the evening, Eric Donavan came back for what was originally his at the start of the night, pinning Kimitsu Zombie and taking the championship back into his possession.

Outside of the arena, Cyrus Riddle entered the mix for the second time, scoring a pinfall over Eric Donavan and placing a target on his back as the current holder of the championship.

Closing in on the final moments of the Extreme Roulette, Kimitsu Zombie struck again, this time putting Cyrus Riddle down for the three count and reclaiming the championship she has previously held twice earlier in the evening.

With Dexter on the run, Eric Lee was able to get the surprise jump on him in the halls, tearing up the inside of the T-Mobile Arena before putting him away and scoring a pinfall.

After surviving two attacks moments earlier, Eric Lee was put down by the hands of Scott Stevens, losing possession of the championship.

In the catering area, Scott Stevens was attacked by the group of masked people. Revealing himself as one of the masked people, Johnny Evil was able to score a pinfall over Stevens, taking possession of the championship.

Outside in the parking lot, Johnny Evil and company were celebrating his victory before surrounding cars began going up in flames. Behind the violent attacks, Viduus Morta returned to claim what was his at the start of the night – scoring a pinfall over Evil.

In his 4CW debut, Scott Woodson – Scottywood – attacked Viduus with a hockey stick wrapped in barbed wire, nearly choking him with it before taking the championship off of his hands.

Towards the end of the show, Scottywood was attacked by Evil’s group of masked followers. After holding him down, Evil managed to get an easy pinfall over him by stepping on his chest while the masked individuals pinned Scottywood’s shoulders to the floor. Coming to Scottywood’s rescue, Scott Stevens laid Evil out with a sledgehammer to the head. Back on his feet, Scottywood fought side by side with Scott Stevens, going up against the group of masked people before everyone else involved earlier in the Roulette came to join the fight.

After the fight made its way to the outside of the T-Mobile Arena, Carmella Wilder discovered Johnny Evil laid out cold with no one around to stop her. Covering him for the pin, Carmella was able to secure the championship just moments before the final buzzer sounded, officially ending the Extreme Roulette seconds before Ante Up’s main event. Later in the night, Maddox Lucien was attacked and pinned for the three count in the restroom by Issac Solo.

After surviving an attack while being the current champion, Issac Solo was then later attacked in the loading area of the T-Mobile Arena and pinned by Scott Stevens.

Shortly after Scott Stevens’ pin over Issac Solo, Kaiden Hawke made his move and put Stevens down for the three count in the loading area of the arena.

In the parking lot of the T-Mobile Arena, Sonny Lee challenged Kaiden Hawke for the XTV Championship, defeating him in a pile of wreckage and winning the XTV Championship for a second time.
